Need a Roommate at the Sheraton for 3 Nights?

Due to miscommunication I have two spots available in my room. We have the room Sunday night through Wednesday night. I would prefer to fill it for the whole time so we don't have to worry about who pays what. It's me and one of my downline.

ya know....the thought crossed my mind. Can those of you who have spots open at the same hotels merge your rooms? and then cancel the extra room? Or is it too late to cancel a hotel room? I've just noticed a few at Sheraton and Hyatt, etc.

It's too late without loosing the deposit. We are trying to avoid that as much as possible.

We have a spot for someone at the Sheraton! One of our roomies is in the hospital and won't be able to make it. We will be there Sunday and checking out Thursday.

I need to do the math here.... Right now my director and I are in the Hyatt (just the two of us) and it's gonna be just over $400 EACH since we never found 2 more peeps. Do you need TWO more? I'm thinking even if we LOSE our deposit and move rooms....we'll still save money if we eat the deposit. How much is your room per night?
