Okay, I was thinking about making this tonight for company. I've never made it but have heard good things. I'm making Jerk Chicken Nachos and usually I serve margaritas or beer with this, but my friend is undergoing cancer treatment and can't have alcohol, so I thought I'd try something different. Do you think it would go with the nachos or should I make the lemon fizz version? And if I can't find sorbet, is sherbet close enough, or are they totally different? Any tips or experience (I know, they're not that complicated, just need to know details on things)... TIA!!!
