Dr. Oz addressed stress last week on Oprah. He said there's always going to be some stress in our lives- you can't totally get rid of it. Therefore its very important to learn how to handle stress. Alot of them have already been listed here.
 
I think a certain amount of stress is neccessary in life. A weekend with nothing to do an no worries is nice once in awhile, but too often and you become lazy, apathetic and bored.
 
And then there is just way too much stress!!!! :grumpy:
 
They say (whoever they are LOL) that most Americans are over stressed and even in a constant state of stress... this can lead to a number of medical and emotional problems. I think there's a difference between being busy and being stressed. I clean when I'm mad at DH... or grumble under my breath... this year had me see stress to the point of panic attacks, going on Effexor and now detox from said drug which, believe you me, had I realized would be as it has been, I'd have not taken it to begin with. Ugh...
