From the article, it sounds like their overseas presence is huge and perhaps those people are making a living more so than people here in the states. The article insinuated they were going to get rid of people and made it sound like they're getting rid of the indep. reps. Maybe increasing their sales requirement to be active? Or maybe the author doesn't really understand the industry.
