Help With (Un)Deleting an Order

One ordered was deleted just before sending in a show. It was called in so no written record. Does anyone know if we can recall a deleted order somehow on PamperedPartner? Sure would appreciate some help.
 
No, I've never heard of that. Sorry, I know that's not the answer you were hoping for. For that same reason I try to jot down the info on paper before I enter it (partial notes) as I almost lost part of an order on the phone last week. Then I go in and put the info in PP while I am on the phone.

ya I see that no one had the answer I was looking for. Drats! I didn't expect there to be a miracle but you never know. Well the host has the order, at work and she was nice about the situation. I feel like such a dork.
 
I hadn't heard about it either. But couldn't you just call the lady and ask?!
 
Did you back up? You could recover it that way maybe.
