Hey Guys, I need some help! I have been asked to participate in a craft show type thing with about 20 other vendors in a town a couple of hours away. I would like to have some type of appetizer to offer guests, but I won't have kitchen resources AT ALL. So I need a recipe that won't need cooking, heating, cooling and won't spoil. So in a nutshell, I am extremely limited in what I can offer. LOL!!!!! Any recipe suggestions????

Stephanie, How about the Southwest Seasoning Dip (recipe found on side of jar) with some veggies or tortilla chips. You could use any of the chillzanne servers or bowl to keep the dip cold. It would showcase the seasoning, any utensils you used to cut the veggies and the chillzanne products.
Another suggestion would be the Asian style wontons,( in several Season's Best books, if you can't find it let me know) again keeping the filling in a chillzanne bowl until you need it.

Hey there! That sounds like a fun opportunity to showcase your crafts. As for the appetizer, I have a few suggestions that don't require any cooking or refrigeration. 1. Caprese Skewers - All you need are cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves. Simply skewer them together and drizzle with balsamic glaze.2. Veggie Platter - Cut up an assortment of veggies like carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Serve with a store-bought dip or hummus.3. Fruit Skewers - Use a variety of fruits like strawberries, pineapple, and grapes to create colorful and refreshing skewers.4. Cheese and Crackers - Put together a platter of different types of cheese and crackers for guests to snack on.5. Deviled Eggs - Hard boil some eggs ahead of time and then mix the yolks with mayo, mustard, and seasonings. Serve in the egg whites for an easy and tasty appetizer.Hope these ideas help! Good luck at the craft show!
