Hi all,
I was just getting my nails done today and Gracie said the one thing she really wanted for Christmas was a Banana Roll, to which I said, what's that?? She was, well it's very similar to pumpkin roll, but it's banana cake and similar filling.

Do does any cheffer out there have an awesome TNT recipe for this??

Here is a great recipe for Banana Roll: Ingredients: -3/4 cup all-purpose flour -1 teaspoon baking powder -1/2 teaspoon baking soda -1/4 teaspoon salt -1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 large) -3/4 cup granulated sugar -2 large eggs -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled -1/2 cup sour cream -For the filling: -1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened -1/4 cup granulated sugar -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -1/2 cup whipped topping -1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl, mix together the banana, sugar, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and sour cream until well blended. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. 5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely. 6. For the filling, in a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. 7. Add the whipped topping and chopped nuts, if desired, and mix until combined. 8.
