I did an adjustment b/c the host already had the Grilling Cards and wanted to swap them for the Salad Cards. Well, when the adjustment was delivered PC sent the Silicone Flat Whisk. Well, when I called in to make the adjustment for this - PC let me keep the Whisk for the Host as an apology for the inconvenience!! YAHOO!! What makes it even greater is this is a show I did under my mom's name! HA!!
 
That is a really nice gesture from PC! I'm sure your mom was very pleased and thankful for the free whisk. It's great when companies are willing to go the extra mile to make things right for their customers. It shows that they care about their customers and are willing to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.
