So I got a phone call from a friend of mine who lives out of state that ordered a Trifle Bowl. She was sent an empty box! :grumpy: She thought it was so funny, but I was extremely embarrassed and apologized and chuckled a little bit, too. I mean, how did the person who put all the brown paper stuffing miss the fact that there wasn't a single item in the box?!! They just paid to ship packing material.
Now I'm wondering if I should call it in or do an online adjustment.
