Can Anyone Help? Ppp Won't Restore

So here is the deal, I had vista 32 bit on my laptop and made the jump to Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I downloaded the latest PPP and installed it fine. I can do the initial log in with my consultant number and password, the problem is once I go to the tools tab and try to restore. I click restore, select the file from my backups and it actually might be restoring.....but then it wants me to re-enter my number and password and when I do it says my password is invalid? I have uninstalled and tried this several times with all the same results. I don't know if it's because I used to have a 32 bit operating system and now am trying to use that backup on a 64 bit operating system? Has anyone else had this or know how to fix it?

The simplest solution would be to try restoring your backup on another computer with a 32-bit operating system. If that works, then you know the problem is related to the 64-bit operating system. In that case, you may need to contact the software vendor and ask them if their software supports 64-bit operating systems.

Hey there! I haven't personally experienced this issue, but it sounds like it could be related to the change in operating systems. Have you tried reaching out to the PPP support team for assistance? They may have some insight on how to troubleshoot this issue. Also, have you checked to make sure that your consultant number and password are entered correctly? Sometimes a simple mistake can cause issues like this. Hopefully you're able to get it sorted out soon!
