A Customer Care Call usually lasts around 5-10 minutes. However, the length of the call may vary depending on the nature of the conversation and the number of questions or concerns the customer may have.
Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule specific times for Customer Care Calls. Our representatives make calls throughout the day and try their best to reach customers at a convenient time. If you are unable to answer the call, we will leave a message and try to reach you again at a later time.
