Re: ApcsI use it to make curly fries or just to slice potatoes (such as for scalloped potatoes). I heard you can use it for a pear but haven't tried that. You could also slice an onion with it I would think.

Re: ApcsWhen it first came out there were lots of twisting a carrot and potato together ideas (coil one inside the other), potato and sweet potato or potato and yam. I suppose carrot and parsnip would work.
