Has anyone done one of these? Do you have an email you give to your host to send out?

I do my open house at the end of September/beginning of October. I invite my friends who also sell things and have them set up in my house. Everyone gives one item for a door prize and we draw about every 30 minutes. I set out the newest products and...
I am doing a fundraiser for a Race for the Cure team. I will have a table but figured it would be easier to just sell gift certificates.
I want to do some sort of "receipt" with the team's logo. How can I do this?
Any suggestions?
I have a host who wants our stainless cookware but saw that calphalon is on sale at Macy's. Other than the lifetime gauranty what are the benefits of ours vs calphalon?

I just got off the phone with HO. First -time achievers breakfast is 3 and 4 only. Level 2 only gets the meals that are listed, whether you are a first time acheiver or not.

I need just 1 more qualified to actually get the trip. But I have 4 unqualified.
Recruit #1 "supposedly" has a show this weekend. She still hasn't submitted anything and signed in Sept.
Recruit #2 has $500...
Most of them to make money for Christmas. One of them is trying. She said she did a party last week that only had $80 in sales and another that had right around $100. Her Open House show that I came and did got her $450. But she doesn't have many more bookings.
I have tried that. They know about the PC dollars plus the bonuses that were available at the time they signed up. They just don't seem interested or care at all.
