I agree. This happens to mine too when I boil water. I think it could have something to do with having hard water. It goes away after using the SS cleaner.
Good to know Beth. The last time I called for a personal warranty claim they asked me for a show number or consultant number. I wouldn't have known either of those if I hadn't kept my receipt. I didn't know it had changed, but I will let her know in case she hasn't called about it yet.
Exactly NooraK! This is Congress' fault, not the Bank's. Congress took away one revenue stream, so the Banks are just trying to compensate. Smaller banks (like the one I work for) won't be changing their products yet since we're not subject to the new interchange fees. But eventually all costs...
My cousin currently has the same problem. She got hers last year right before it went hostess only and just before I started selling. I told her to get that consultant on the phone and get her return processed(of course she can't find her receipt) ASAP! She uses her DCB like it's going out of style.
So excited! Finally tried the grill pan again on extra low setting. Five minutes on each side and the chicken came out perfect! I can finally use my grill pan now without any worries of smoke alarms going off; a whole new world just opened for me...
Ok, I was brave and used the grill pan at a show last weekend even though it smokes out my house every time when I cook with it on LOW. My host also had a gas stove and we cooked the chicken on Medium with just the rub and zero oil. It came out PERFECT and I wasn't even watching it...
My show this weekend had 20 people. We made what I'm calling Cool & Crunchy Chicken Taco Salad. Basically 4-5 Chicken breasts grilled in grill pan (before show) over chopped romaine lettuce, topped with a double batch of mango salsa (one done prior to show & one as the demo), then with crunched...
I made my own decal which is about twice the size of the Merrill one. It's on the back window of my CR-V. I also didn't like Merrill's price- it only cost me $2 for the vinyl to make it with my Cricut machine.
Also not sure about carbs, but you could do the chicken yakitori (i think thats the name) from the Appetizer cookbook as an entree and make some veggies to go along with it. I have done that before. It had great flavor and was a good change from our normal recipes.
I keep reading these comments and wonder if they just had a bad batch. Mine worked great on carrots and cucumbers. It wasn't the greatest on strips of bell peppers, but I didn't really expect that to work. That's all I've tried to date, but it cut those easily enough that I'm confident it would...
Re: netbooksI have a Dell netbook and it works fine with P3. It is a little slower than my full size laptop or desktop, but much lighter to carry. The speed isn't that noticeable in P3. I've never had a problem using it other than having to scroll more than on a full size laptop.
I just used the SS on a potato to make microwave chips. It was awesome- the slices were super thin. And the chips were also awesome- a new obsession!
I got my samples yesterday, but not the chip maker. I was desperate and substituted a collapsibale silicone colander. I collapsed it and turned it...
I made this with a mix first and was not impressed- much too dry. But I followed the directions that only called for 1 egg. I have made it several times by the recipe and it was a hit. So much moister than the mix. Fresh marshmallows are also key- learned that the hard way too! It made a great...
