I'm so frustrated with a recent host of mine....just thought I'd share.
I had a show on June 10th. I followed through with host coaching leading up to the date and encouraged "J" to get any outside orders for people who couldn't attend. I even spent one phone call giving her...
I know exactly what you are going through because I'm in the same boat. I just attended our spring training last weekend in a last attempt to get re-motivated again.
It's extremely hard to stay positive when you continuously hit a brick wall and have no leads....I have contemplated giving up...
The points are based on 4 different levels. Let me go back through my notes and I can post a formula (this evening of course...I'm at work) that will help you break down your goal in to smaller chunks.
The bottom line....the more you recruit the more points you get. Plus January is double...

January is more $$ for the host (just like July) and February is hosts can choose any item in the catalogue for 60% off.

Thanks for the advice. I have been doing customer care calls and have only had one person say they would like me to send the fall flyer. Some even seem irritated with the fact I'm following up to address any concerns they have with their products.
