What would be a good recipe for a Saturday afternoon show? ( 2 PM)

How about those new quesadilla cups with the nectarine salsa? Oh my gosh yum!!!

I'm taking Becky's advice to this same question I asked the other day. My 2 pm show we're making Jerk Chicken Nachos and Molten Lava Cake.

Where are these recipes?

My son(also a consultant) and i made the pesto chicken flat bread was easy and yummy(new s/b )

I've attached the recipe for the Jerk Chicken Nachos. The Molten Lava Cake is

one box cake mix (without pudding) including ingredients needed such as egg oil, etc
one can frosting (not whipped)

mix together cake mix, put in sprayed DCB, top with frosting (med scoop) 2/3 to full can - your choice

microwave with lid on or off for 10 - 12 min. Scoop and serve!

You can search on here there's a whole thread on the Molten Lava Cake with many comments, opinions and results! :)

I cant' find the Jerk chicken nachos... can you repost? Thanks!

I was asking this same question earlier. Except I needed something somewhat healthy because mostly everyone that will be at the show is on a diet! so I'm going to make strawberry lemonade in the QSP and then we're going to make the mousse cups w/ the lite or free cool whip instead of regular

harvest chicken salad is also good if you are looking for healthy.

I have my first early show next weekend. Were doing chicken fajitas in the DCB. The host wanted something early so people could still go out if they had plans - I'm going to do most of the prep work ahead of time and make it a quick show - hoping people will want to book if they know my show in about 45 minutes.
