I have a freind who use to sell PC, her old style self sharpener knife broke... did those come with a life time warrenty or no? I don't recall now? Thanks!

Yes, the older version did.

They did ... but depending on when you bought it ... not necessarily. I tried to return mine when I first signed up and they could find no record of it. They said that 5 years ago or so, they only had 5 years. Mine was a white case.

Call H/O and see what they find. A friend of mine had the one in the white case too. I called customer service and gave them the Host's name and the customer name. Within a week, she had a new knife and didn't have to send back the old one either.

Great when things work the way you wanted them to!
