On the first day, the focus is on public school students, with plans to advertise cooking classes and fundraisers. Hi ladies! I am trying to decide what to do-

One day at this fair- it is for public school students, etc and I was thinking of advertising cooking classes and fundraisers for this day.

Then the next day is open to everyone- I was going to have "Help Wanted" sign and try to advertise to recruit potential consultants, have incentives for booking a show, and allow people to make orders but it has to be shipped directly to their homes, etc.

There will be a door prize (Required by the fair) so I will provide that to the fair then have my own mini door prize.

I also will make brownies (cut them into small squares and wrap them up with my business cards).

Any other ideas?

Thanks!

What would you think of recipe cards with your info instead of brownies? Most people won't turn down a recipe card, less mess and hassle for you and you don't have to worry about those folks who are funny about eating food from people they don't know (like me :-D).

I know school just started, so I don't know if your seniors will be thinking about college yet or not, but you could set up a little "College Survivors kit" - DCB, Mix n chop, Salad Choppers, scraper, round stone, pizza cutter, etc... just to get their minds working.

good luck!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the two different types of crowds for the "Two Different Types of Crowds for 2 Days" event?

The two different types of crowds typically refer to the distinct groups of attendees that may participate in the event. One crowd may consist of existing Pampered Chef consultants and loyal customers, while the other may include potential new recruits and individuals unfamiliar with the brand. This segmentation allows for tailored presentations and interactions to meet the specific interests of each group.

How can I prepare for engaging with both types of crowds during the event?

To effectively engage with both types of crowds, it is essential to prepare different presentations or demonstrations that cater to their unique needs. For existing consultants, focus on advanced cooking techniques, new product launches, and sales strategies. For potential recruits, emphasize the benefits of joining Pampered Chef, such as flexible work hours, earning potential, and community support.

What strategies can I use to attract the second crowd, who may not be familiar with Pampered Chef?

To attract the second crowd, consider using eye-catching marketing materials, offering free samples, and hosting interactive cooking demonstrations. Additionally, sharing testimonials from current consultants and customers can help build credibility. Engaging social media promotions and inviting attendees to exclusive giveaways can also pique their interest.

How can I measure the success of engaging both crowds over the two days?

Success can be measured through various metrics, such as the number of new leads generated, the number of products sold, and the level of engagement during presentations. Collecting feedback through surveys or informal conversations can provide insights into attendees' experiences and interests. Tracking follow-up actions, such as sign-ups or bookings for future events, will also help gauge effectiveness.

What follow-up actions should I take after the event to maintain engagement with both crowds?

After the event, it is crucial to follow up with both crowds through personalized emails or messages thanking them for attending. For potential recruits, provide additional information about joining Pampered Chef and upcoming training sessions. For existing consultants, share resources or tips discussed during the event. Maintaining an active presence on social media and inviting them to future events can also help keep the engagement alive.
