My host called with a question from a customer. She has an old cookie press that came out before all the other disks (before my time! Didn't even know there was another option). She wants to know if the current disks will fit it. I know you can order them on the replacement form but didn't want to if they won't fit.

I don't remember another cookie press other than the one with the disk's. Unless it was from over 12 years ago.

I agree, it has to be more than 12 years ago. This is the only cookie press we've had since I've been with the company.

Maybe it's from another company, I've had that more than once with different PC products!

The one we have now is the only one we've sold and it has never been enhanced

Frequently Asked Questions

Will older cookie press disks fit my host's customer's cookie press?

It depends on the model of the cookie press. Pampered Chef has made several versions over the years, and while some older disks may fit newer models, it's not guaranteed. It's best to check the compatibility of the specific disks with the current cookie press model.

How can I tell if my cookie press disks are compatible?

You can check compatibility by looking for any markings or model numbers on the cookie press and comparing them to the specifications listed on the Pampered Chef website or in the product manual. Additionally, reaching out to customer service can provide clarity on compatibility.

Are there any specific older models known to be compatible with newer cookie press disks?

Some older models of the Pampered Chef cookie press may be compatible with newer disks, but this varies by design. It's recommended to consult the product documentation or customer service for specific compatibility information.

What should I do if my older disks don’t fit the new cookie press?

If the older disks do not fit, you can purchase new disks that are designed for the current model of the cookie press. Pampered Chef offers a variety of disk designs that can be purchased separately to ensure you have the right shapes for your cookies.

Can I use third-party cookie press disks with my Pampered Chef cookie press?

While some third-party disks may fit, using them is not recommended as they may not be designed for the specific mechanics of the Pampered Chef cookie press. This could lead to improper functioning or damage to the press. It's best to use Pampered Chef disks for optimal performance.
