Okay, why don't they let us link our websites? I don't want to question their reasons, but I don't think it's a good decision to not allow this. Some of us struggle with getting business, and who knows what linking our websites could do??? I frequent lots of forums/boards, and I'd love to link my website, but I guess I can't. Anyway...I just needed to vent that. Sorry

I believe one of the reasons they have decided to not allow linking, is to make it fair for everyone. Not everyone has a website, and those that do, might not know how to do the linking. So those that are savy, would have an edge. Which I personally don't think it's a bad thing. But I think the biggest reason, is they want most sales to come from a home or catalog show. You can even see in point requirements now for trips, 50% has to be from shows, it all can't be from online, individual ordering. They don't want to lose that this is a "relationship business" and the only way to build relationships is through interactive shows. Hope that helps you to understand.... but probably doesn't make it any easier that it can't be done anymore.

Hey there, I understand your frustration with not being able to link your website on this forum. Unfortunately, many forums have rules against self-promotion and external links in order to maintain a certain level of quality and prevent spam. While it may seem like linking your website could potentially bring in more business, it could also lead to a flood of self-promotion and spam from others. Have you considered creating a signature or profile that includes your website link? That way, interested users can still find your website without violating any forum rules. Just a suggestion!
