Ok, I got my very first individual online order...now what do I do? I only know because I received an email notifying me....

Thanks,
Dawn :-)

Nothing, I send thank you notes if they leave their info w/ a catalog. Otherwise it goes straight to Home Office.

I love it when people call it free money, but really it is. You don't really have to do anything for it. They shop, fill their "cart" process the payment, then HO takes care of shipping it. You never have to handle it at all, and YOU get the commission for it!

If the order is for a show that you have going on your website you will have to transfer the information to Pampered Partner and submit it with the show.

Another way to generate on-line orders is to push the outlet. I send an e-mail to my regulars when the outlet is updated. I can usually get a couple of orders from that.
