has anyone ever made slips to include with returns for HO?
 
Nah, I can't sew and besides, I'd never know what size to put in the box.

Having seen some of them when backlit, I'd say they have no idea.BTW - I usually make two address labels and put one in the box. Since the return authorization number is on the label, that should suffice. It also meets the carrier requirement of having identification papers inside the box, in case the label is obliterated.

Yes...similar to the last box of products I received. How something didn't break or fall out was beyond my comprehension. It looked as if someone had kicked it twice and the box was completely open.

And, KG, PLEASE shave your legs before you wear your slip again. It is so embarrassing for the rest of us!:)

And what I do in insure the package too. I also pay the extra for delivery confirmation. If the product doesn't show up, you are out of luck.
