OK, so now I have access to individual orders through my web-site, how do I know if I have any?? And what do I need to do if someone orders something?

I was under the impression that I would get an email about it, but a friend of mine just emailed me yesterday saying she had ordered something from the outlet (and yes, I linked only to my home-page), but so far I haven't heard anything from PC about the order. Is there somewhere on CC I can see it?

You get an email from PC about online activity, but they batch it all together for a 24 hr. period, and only send you one email a day. If your friend ordered after 5pm yesterday, you probably won't get the online activity email until this afternoon - mine seems to always come between 5-6pm.

I can usually find it earlier than that by looking on the shipping activity page or my IPT on CC. Check there!:thumbup:

Thanks Becky! I had checked the shipping page yesterday, but not today - sure enough it is there now! How cool!

I sent an email out on Monday to all my (not that many) customers about the outlet now being available, and then of course yesterday had to let them know it had been up-dated.

Knowing that most of them just placed orders on shows in the last month, I'm not expecting much. But every little bit helps, and it might be what I need to make it to $2500 in my first 30 days, so I'm thinking positive!
