I have not heard of anyone slicing frozen meat on their US&G. It might be too hard for the blades. As frozen meat can be as hard as a rock sometimes. And if you let the meat thaw a little, it might become hard to hold with the food guide. I would call the Home Office on this one because I couldn't find any information in the PIG about using it for this!
