I am wondering if I can send a PWS email to myself and then forward it on to all of my customers. Will all the links still work? I prefer to send all of my emails from Outlook instead of my website; I always get a better response that way.

Try it, you never know if it will work. You cannot put a name in it like the PWS will do.

Has anyone tried doing it this way?

I didn't even think of it.
Just make sure you blind cc all your contacts.

I like doing it this way! I think some of my customers delete the one from my website thinking it's spam or something. Yep, the links & such will still work.

The only links I think wouldn't work would be the RSVP ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a PWS email and why is it important for my Pampered Chef business?

A PWS email, or Personal Website email, is a communication tool that allows you to share your Pampered Chef website with potential customers. It's important because it helps you promote your products, share recipes, and inform customers about upcoming promotions or events, ultimately driving sales and engagement.

How can I make my PWS emails more engaging?

To make your PWS emails more engaging, use a friendly and conversational tone, include high-quality images of your products, and personalize the message by addressing the recipient by name. Additionally, consider adding a call-to-action, such as inviting them to check out a specific recipe or promotion on your website.

What are some best practices for subject lines in PWS emails?

Effective subject lines should be clear, concise, and intriguing. Aim to create a sense of urgency or curiosity, such as “Don’t Miss Our Exclusive Recipe of the Month!” or “Limited Time Offer on Your Favorite Cookware!” A/B testing different subject lines can also help you determine what resonates best with your audience.

How often should I send PWS emails to my customers?

It's recommended to send PWS emails regularly but not too frequently to avoid overwhelming your customers. A good rule of thumb is to send emails once a week or bi-weekly, depending on your promotions and content. Always monitor engagement and adjust your frequency based on customer feedback and response rates.

What metrics should I track to measure the success of my PWS emails?

To measure the success of your PWS emails, track metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. These metrics will help you understand how well your emails are performing and where you might need to make adjustments to improve engagement and sales.
