I have a customer whose "collar" of her chopper is cracked. Is there really no shipping on replacement parts? Also, does ANYONE have ANYIDEA if this will fit the older style of chopper? Thanks

That's right. Just the appropriate tax (if any) and that's it. The shipping is included in the price. I believe that it will NOT fit the older style chopper - sorry. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct the older chopper is a different size and shape. I think the change was probably about 5 years ago. If she does have the old one, you might want to offer her a discount if she would like to purchase a new one.

I would offer a discount on a new one as well, since the replacement part won't fit the old one.
