I had a customer ask me if using beets would stain/discolour the ultimate slice & grate. Does anyone know??

I have never had anything permanently stain the US&G, although, I have not used it for beets. If something does seem to stain it, I use the Chlorox Bleach Pen on it, and it takes the stain off. FYI, this works for our cutting boards as well. Hope this helps.
