That's funny that you mention that about Dukes of Hazzard. That show wasn't allowed on in my house growing up because it furthered negative stereotypes and was not wholesome entertainment. If the movie was even worse, I can't imagine how bad it must have been.jrstephens said:<snip>I hope it is a good clean show for kids to be able to watch. I was so disappointed with the Dukes of Hazard movie - no way my son was watching it and no way would the orginail Dukes and Uncle Jessee do the things in that movie either!I am so aggravated with tc these days, there is not much of anything decent on there for me to let Luke watch.

Yes, the new Knight Rider is expected to incorporate many of the iconic features that made KITT a beloved character in the original series, including advanced AI, voice recognition, and various high-tech gadgets. Fans are hopeful that these elements will be updated with modern technology to enhance the viewing experience.
The storyline is anticipated to blend nostalgia with contemporary themes, focusing on crime-fighting and justice while introducing new characters and challenges. The creators aim to appeal to both longtime fans and a new generation, ensuring that the plot remains engaging and relevant.
While specific casting details may vary, there are rumors of both established actors and fresh talent being considered for key roles. The lead role, which traditionally involves a character working alongside KITT, is expected to be filled by someone who can bring charisma and depth to the character.
The new Knight Rider is being positioned as a reboot rather than a direct continuation of the original series. This allows the creators to reimagine the story and characters while still paying homage to the classic elements that fans love.
The new series is expected to integrate current advancements in technology, such as AI, cybersecurity, and smart vehicles, into its narrative. This approach will not only make the show more relatable to today's audience but also highlight the potential of technology in solving real-world problems.
