I have my first Bridal Fair tomorrow night (Thursday). It is only from 5-8 p.m. at a Country Club, open to the public, cash bar, appetizers, limited to only 15 vendors. And the best part - FREE!!! I only get one 8' table. My thought is to keep the table simple, plus I am NOT creative at all. Handouts: I have the wedding registry flier, business cards, a general letter explaining my services for registry/showers, comparative chart of other registry companies. As for product: I thought I would bring the 3 tier stand with SA plates and the Trifle Bowl. I also have the small caddy with 2 white SA bowls to put candy kisses in. Decorations: I purchased artificial pink rose pedals for the table, wedding glitter, shredded celophane stripes, toul, a white large bow and a garter. HELP!!! thought about putting some of the toul around the 3-tier stand with bow on top, some of the rose pedals on SA plates on 3 tier stand, garter around chopper?, sprinkle rest of rose pedals and glitter on table, drape remaining toul on table. Celophane stripes inside Trifle Bowl. I have been trying to find cheap (at dollar store) champagne glasses but so far nothing. Have also thought about the TTA filled with product? Flip chart? Anyones input would be greatly appreciated.

I think the decorations you have chosen will look great! I would also suggest getting some decorative fabric to drape over the table to really add a pop of color and texture. You could also use your toul to create a backdrop for your display. If you can find some champagne glasses, you could fill them with rose petals and glitter to add some more sparkle. You could use your flip chart to highlight some of the features and benefits of your registry, as well as display some images of your products. You could also use the TTA filled with product to help draw in potential customers. Overall, I think your setup looks great and I'm sure you will impress your customers! Good luck!

Good luck with your first Bridal Fair! It sounds like you have a great plan for your table. I think the items you have chosen to display are perfect for showcasing your services and products. I especially like the idea of using the 3-tier stand and trifle bowl to display your kitchen products. As for decorations, I think the rose petals and glitter will add a nice touch of elegance to your table. The garter can also add a fun and playful element. I would suggest keeping the decorations simple and not overcrowding the table, as you only have limited space. You mentioned wanting to find cheap champagne glasses, have you considered using plastic ones instead? They can still look nice and are more budget-friendly. And filling the TTA with product is a great idea, it will show potential customers what they can expect when they purchase from you. Overall, it seems like you have everything under control and have put a lot of thought into your table. I'm sure it will be a success. Good luck and have fun at the Bridal Fair!
