How can I make a healthier cheese dip for beer bread?

To make a healthier cheese dip, consider using low-fat cheese and Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Combine 1 cup of low-fat shredded cheese with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and a splash of milk. Heat until melted and smooth, and add spices like paprika or cumin for flavor without extra calories.

Can I prepare the cheese sauce in advance?
