Is this Men's/Women's Parka Perfect for Spring and Fall?

THIS ITEM HAS SOLD! THANK YOU, EVERYONE!I am going out of business...I have a Men's size Small Parka. This jacket would fit a lady wearing size M/L. It is a zip-up/button jacket that is wind and water resistant. There are vents in the jacket that can be opened, as well as 3 zip pockets on the outside and one on the inside. There is a drawstring waist that can also be used. It also has the Pampered Chef logo on the upper left. It has Velcro adjustable cuffs, a stow away hood in the collar and all zippers and buttons are in good conditions.It's perfect for the Spring and Fall. Asking $12, plus shipping.

It has a mesh lining in it that is black.
