Okay.. so this wonderful gal will sign up either tomorrow or Tuesday. She got 4 bookings at her show I did on Saturday and of course I'm giving her thoae shows... Here's where I get lost... she has a co-host. Do I enter these bookings on their show? Will the co-host be eligible for the monthly host specials when these other shows are held? OR am I not supposed to put these bookings in at all in which case there will be no monthly host benefits later. I know some of you will have the answers I need... please???? :) I have not entered her show orders yet just in case I have to juggle things differently.

Yes- go ahead and enter the bookings. The new consultant will not be able to take advantage of the Booking Benefit, but the co-host will. No matter who is the consultant for the future shows.Congrats on the new recruit!

And your new consultant will have a customer for life by helping her cohost get those specials!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a co-hosted party?

A co-hosted party is an event where two or more individuals collaborate to host a Pampered Chef party, sharing the responsibilities of inviting guests, showcasing products, and earning rewards. This approach can help increase attendance and sales, benefiting all co-hosts involved.

How do I manage bookings from a co-hosted party?

To manage bookings from a co-hosted party, ensure clear communication with both co-hosts about the guest list, party details, and any specific goals. Keep a shared document or spreadsheet to track RSVPs, orders, and follow-ups. This will help maintain organization and ensure that both co-hosts are on the same page.

What if one co-host has more guests than the other?

If one co-host has more guests, it's important to acknowledge their efforts and encourage the other co-host to invite more people. You can also suggest that the co-host with fewer guests promote the party through social media or personal outreach. Ultimately, both co-hosts should benefit from the party's success.

How do I split rewards between co-hosts?

Rewards can be split based on the number of guests each co-host brings or the total sales generated from the party. Discuss and agree on a fair distribution method before the party to avoid any misunderstandings. Document the rewards earned and ensure both co-hosts receive their share promptly after the party.

What should I do if there are conflicts between co-hosts?

If conflicts arise between co-hosts, address the issues openly and respectfully. Encourage a conversation to clarify expectations and responsibilities. If necessary, involve a neutral third party, such as a team leader or mentor, to help mediate the situation and find a resolution that works for everyone.
