Another beauty outside!!! Unfortunatley I won't be able to barbeque today...very busy..school conferences, cheer practice,etc.,etc. so instead we are having a new dish with saugage, escarole, penne, cannellini beans, grated cheese....sounds easy to make ahead so my DH/DS/DD can just eat it when they gets a chance.

For dessert...not sure.....still thinking on that one:blushing:

I'm making Jerk Chicken Nachos (a request from a friend coming for dinner!) and hot dogs and mac-n-cheese for all of the kids...

Yesterday. we ended up going out for dinner...so today I will be making what I'd planned on yesterday.

I'm using leftover pork loin to make BBQ to serve on Hawaiian Rolls...and will have sweet potato fries and a green salad with them.

Last night we had the Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Soup - oh my gosh, soooo yummy. And, yay, leftovers mean we get to have it for lunch today!

Tonight I think I'll make the meatball subs my husband requested. I've never done this before, though, so should be interesting, at the least. If I go to my Bible Study tonight, I might bring a vamped up version of the Pumpkin Bread Pudding (made in the DCB).
