I just had my taxes done today and my accountant suggested a few new categories:

* Meals
* Travel (like airfare to conference, cab fare.)

Other than that she loved the printout.
 
How can you add categories to P3?
 
Click on "Add a New Income/Expense Transaction."About mid-way down on the right side you'll see "Edit Categories."Once you click on that you'll be able to add categories.
