That's great. What kind of sheet do you use to get this information from your guests? Do you have a copy that you could possibly post that I could see and maybe use?

INGREDIENTS:
325 mL (11 oz.) chocolate liqueur
150 mL (5 oz.) vodka
60 mL (2 oz.) peppermint...
