Just saw your post. Pray that things went well and you are taking it easy as the doctor ordered. I had a similar surgery last fall. All I can say is, don't push yourself too soon. If you do it will definitely slow down the healing process.

I also recently made a 2 layer with lemon pie filling in the center and on top of a confetti cake and covered sides with cool whip. It was delicious!

I absolutely love the Round Baker! This is another version I tried since posting the strawberry shortcake on the "I Love My Deep Covered Baker" facebook page. So tasty and 10 minutes TOTAL- start to finish!!!!

I made a white cake in the round baker for a show on Saturday. I topped it with strawberries and strawberry glaze and cool whip piped on with accent decorator. Pretty and tasty!!! Big hit with all my guests!
