    What are some delicious apple recipes?

    After reading this thread last night, I got inspired to make the apple crisp for 2. I did the recipe in All the Best, page 99 - cut it in half, only had McIntosh apples, cooked in microwave for 7 minutes in the DD pie plate - it was WONDERFUL!!!!!
