I created a show both on the mobile app and new beta to train myself. Food tax was incorrect. Since we cannot override it ourselves, I emailed the Solution Center. They created a ticket for their third party to correct this. It may take up to 30 days. They advised to...
when you go to the beta site, you have to select "forgot my password"They send you an email. You then click the link which opens up a new window to reset your password. I used my current password on the new web to make it easier.
I waited on the phone for 1.5 hours and gave up. I sent them an email and they responded the next morning. This was about a supply order under AND over shipment (2 separate inquiries for the same order).

So that I can better understand policy, does this mean that consultants should not order off the outlet? Also when the pink products were exclusively online that we were not supposed to order them?
