I WISH I could get done that quick! I just can't figure out where to cut the time. I am always there AT LEAST 4 hours, usually more like 5 :( . I get there an hour before show time (I know I take way too much stuff, but don't know what to leave behind), demo usually starts about 1/2 hour late...
