Question - The Guest Special is for September but when is the last date that the show can be submitted?

That's how I was going to do it too. It would be easier for me and the organization to submit each order by student. That student could sell 1 or 50 cookbooks. Who knows. For tracking purposes, it just seems better that way.

Why can't the order form simply have a notation that states something like: "*Price includes donation (PC sales price $10.00 + $4.00 donation + $1.00 sales tax & s/h)." As long as it is disclosed that PC is not offering more than the normal 10-15% fundraiser donation, what's the issue? I...

I wouldn't waste your time and money. I used to do Herbalife and tried this. NOTHING came from it. And Yes, you will get harrassing calls from the store which in turn gets you down. So it actually works to your disadvantage in the end.

You Go Girl!!!! My advise is: Just Keep It Simple. Follow PC's guide for Host Calls, etc. No need to reinvent the wheel. Keep Your Excitement. If your excited so will your customers (I mean potential Hosts!!).
