That guava turnover is what us Cubans call a "pastellito de guava con queso" or guava cream cheese pastry. We normally don't add the powdered sugar but I'm willing to try it!

Just wanted to let you know I ordered mine thru Vista Print. I was able to put lots of information on it including much of what has been mentioned. You can even upload a picture if you want to do that. I paid $15.00 for 2 magnetized signs that I interchange between DH and my car...
After much debate I went to Walmart and found a Scotch brand laminator for $23.00. 8 1/2 pockets $7.77 (for 40?) they also sell small sized pockets that I can continue use for other PC projects and can update my slides whenever needed in my jammies at home. Thought I'd share!
