I just did 2 adjustments for large bar pans from the same November show! Same thing--the customer is using it correctly, reading the use and care, etc. One of the gals had hers "explode" into 5 pieces with chicken (defrosted) cooking on it. Big mess!!

That's cool. We're loving it and it has a great program--Ministry Management--that my husband loves. It's all the administrative/logistical/etc aspects of running a ministry or church.

Okay, so this is my first post--I'm a total lurker, but that's besides the point! Anyway, I've read both of these books and they are amazing. They are very different, but both brought such great perspective to my faith and relationship with God. I highly recommend both! Happy reading.
