There's a recipe for a strata in the 29 Minutes to Dinner vol. 2. I don't know that I'd use it, as it's pretty spicy, but you could use the recipe just for the method and switch up the ingredients.

Ooh, sounds divine! I had guests at a show last night who decided to spread the cream cheese w/Pineapple Rum sauce on fresh pineapple wedges instead of crackers - they were all RAVING about how great it was!
I've made this probably for my last 5 shows. You really don't need that much dipping seasoning. It's strong stuff. It'll fill about half of one of the dipping bowls if you make it as directed. I'd suggest using less seasoning and more oil/water.
