Tour FeeI think the $25 is to pay for the buses and lunch. Every tour comes with a bag lunch and it is a nice Greyhound type bus that takes you the 45 min each way from the convention center to the Home Office.

You can freeze mini cakesi did make 6 cakes and then freeze 4 of them.
i tried 2 frozen without the glaze and 2 frozen with the glaze.
both worked but i prefer to make them and freeze before the glaze - then make the glaze fresh
to thaw the cake i popped in the microwave for 10 second...

they are great hot or cold, easy to transfer, one recipe makes 16 and you can do carmel or cinnamon.
Plus they can't make it without our cinnamon sprinkes - a consumable product so they'll keep coming back :-)
