I actually just started with PC this past month and I am so excited! Here are some ideas that I have had, and although it might be a little sleazy, it if gets a booking, I'm all for it!

I agree - use the PC recipes! You want to use every oppertunity to show off your product that you can. Another thing you may want to consider as well is to hold off on all ordering until after both presentations are done. That way while people are eating or... checking stuff out... they will...
