    I put olive oil on a paper towel and then quickly rub each cup. I have yet to have a problem with them. Also, I think the medium scoop is the perfect measurement so the liquid will not come over the top and your muffins should lay flat. Good Luck!

    Easy Holiday Recipe: Turkey Cranberry Wreath (No Cooking Required!)

    I only use deli turkey. I tell the host to get 8 thick cut slices. Everyone always loves this recipe. This is the 2nd fall season that I am making it this way. Good Luck
