Try the House of Night series. There's 4 of them right now. They're by P.C. Cast. It's about a girl who gets marked to become a vampire, and she goes to like a boarding school. They're really good.

I usually have this problem. The post office does not deliver to my physical address since I live about a block from the PO. I will typically list my address like you have it to ensure that I get it because I am never truly sure how someone will ship something.
