Sorry you had this experience. I use Uncle Ben's Country Inn Long Grain and Wild Rice, Chicken Rice, and other flavors and cook as per directions and it comes out perfect every time. The package directions are 4 minutes on high and 8 - 10 minutes at 50% power. Remove from microwave; let stand...

Not sure if this is what you are looking for...but maybe it will help. Refrigerated Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls in 4 Minutes! Lay rolls in bottom of the Deep Covered Baker, aka "Magic Pot", microwave 4 minutes. Spread frosting on top & eat!

Try using the Morning Star Sausage Crumbles. I have successfully used this in the breakfast casserole.
