I don't mind it looking like I use it but the roasting pan after using it the first time is really not presentable. However, the chicken came out great. I m going to try the cleaning suggestions here so it is presentable and I don't mind using it again.

I will do it too. I work in special education and have slacked off in August as well. Need to put in one more show this month for the luggage and get my calendar going for the fall. Is 7:15 the time we are going for. That will work for me. I am also on the east coast.
