I did my first show on Sunday and made the ham and cheese calzones with the large bar pan. It was awesome and SO good! I sold two large bar pans because of it too :-)

I was thinking about light dishes, since everyone's NYrs resolution is usually to diet. The microwave chicken fajitas in the dcb sounds great, and showcases sooo many tools too, what with the cutting up of all the fillers while the chicken's cooking.
